Mentor each team member and lead them to excellence;
Ensure team high performance and meet delivery goals with superb quality;
Writing code in a clean and maintainable manner;
Adjust processes and approaches to client/backend development of the product. Work with tech debt;
Solving complex technical, strategic, and architectural problems;
Cooperation with product managers and other teams;
Product quality improvement, automation test writing;
Improving code quality, speed of delivery, and performance;
Design and implement large-scale distributed solutions;
Participation in the development of new features.

Requirements:

Management experience in TL position of at least 2 years (People Management, hiring/dismissal, improvement of work processes, reporting)
Strong leadership skills with a product-oriented mindset
Experience in any following development direction (IOS/Java/Android)
Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
Implement custom UI elements
Ability to use code profiling tools, find and fix bottlenecks
SOLID (principles of design and development)
