Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assists with the issuance, posting and control of documents (invoices - expenses).
  • Responsible for checking and filing of invoices.
  • Posting of accounting entries in the software system.
  • Supports supplier's payments.
  • Participates in the credit control of customers and suppliers.
  • Communicates with banking institutions.
  • Collaborates with the external auditors of the Group.
  • Performs any other general accounting job allocated by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related discipline will be considered as an advantage.
  • LCCI Higher (Accounting Third Level) will be considered an advantage.
  • Relevant working experience in an accounting department will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Communication skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
