- Initiate outbound outreach (Calls, Email, LinkedIn).
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs.
- Drive qualified meetings into the pipeline.
- Identify contacts within the ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Build segmented lists with tools like Sales Navigator & Apollo.
- Maintain enriched CRM records.
- Use BANT or MEDDIC frameworks to qualify leads.
- Identify key decision-makers.
- Execute timely follow-ups & structured hand-offs.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Forex/CFD, B2C lead generation.
- Network of clients: Retail, Institutional, Brokers, Asset Managers.
- Proven success in consultative and strategic sales.
- A track record of meeting, and ideally exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with strong commercial awareness.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
