Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound outreach (Calls, Email, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs.
  • Drive qualified meetings into the pipeline.
  • Identify contacts within the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Build segmented lists with tools like Sales Navigator & Apollo.
  • Maintain enriched CRM records.
  • Use BANT or MEDDIC frameworks to qualify leads.
  • Identify key decision-makers.
  • Execute timely follow-ups & structured hand-offs.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Forex/CFD, B2C lead generation.
  • Network of clients: Retail, Institutional, Brokers, Asset Managers.
  • Proven success in consultative and strategic sales.
  • A track record of meeting, and ideally exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with strong commercial awareness.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly driven and organized.
