We look forward to helping you find your ideal role.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInvestment Support:Assist in conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential investments.Coordinate with external advisors, legal teams, and consultants for investment evaluations and documentation.Prepare investment summaries, presentations, and reports for internal decision-making.Project Coordination:Oversee the progress of ongoing projects (e.g., office development projects, startup investments) ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Liaise with architects, contractors, and service providers for property development tasks.Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.Operations & Administration:Support the daily operational activities of the company, including administrative tasks, reporting, and document management.Maintain internal records, investment tracking databases, and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.Facilitate communication between management, stakeholders, and partners.Strategic Assistance:Contribute to the development of strategic plans for new business initiatives.Provide analytical support on market trends, competitive landscape, and investment strategies.Assist in the preparation of board reports and investor presentations.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
