Responsibilities:
Identifying and monitoring Company's risks and exposure
Conduct assessments to define and analyse possible risks
Setting and monitoring risk limits
Updating, maintaining, and implementing risk-related policies, manuals, and procedures (including but not limited to ICAAP)
Preparing risk management reports to the Board on a frequent basis
Actively participating in risk management committee meetings
Preparing plans and projections related to management of risks and exposure
Monitoring and evaluating Company's counterparties
Performing additional compliance-related tasks
Qualifications:
Knowledge of statistical and risk analysis considered a plus
Relevant academic degree would be favorable
6 months at least experience in a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Organized, with attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to take on responsibilities and be team oriented
Computer literate
EU Citizen or a legal work permit
Currently living in Cyprus
