- Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation within the FX and Multi-asset industry
- Expand and manage VT Markets' portfolio of affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic alliances across markets
- Actively prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring superior customer service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and client relations to deliver comprehensive solutions to partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs
- Market Expansion Excellence: Successfully establish the brands presence in key markets through strategic partnership development and consistent pipeline growth
- Partnership Portfolio Growth: Build and maintain a high-quality portfolio of productive affiliate and institutional partners that contribute meaningfully to company revenue
- Client Relationship Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional client satisfaction scores and retention rates through proactive relationship management and superior service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B Multi-asset instrument or Multi-asset sales, account management, or business development roles
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client portfolios
- Deep understanding of FX/Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages will be considered a significant advantage such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish
- Willingness to travel within markets as per business needs
