A well-established forex broker with offices in Cyprus is currently looking to recruit a Head of Content for their team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a content manager within the financial industry. If you want to join a friendly company with great benefits, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Head of Content role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the content team, overseeing content creation, curation, and strategy for all channels including our website, blog, social media, and marketing materialsCraft and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trendsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create synergistic content initiativesManage content schedules, editorial calendars, and content workflowsStay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform content strategyEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experienceMonitor market trends and provide insights on content best practices and innovations within the industryAnalyze content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on content ROIMentor and develop the content team, setting performance goals and guiding career progressionCANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in a senior content management role, in the financial services industry
Strong leadership skills with experience managing content teams
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of content marketing strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends
Extensive knowledge of financial markets
Proficient in using content management systems and analytics tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
