In this role, you will work as a Danish-speaking customer service representative, supporting users of the company’s digital mailbox service. The work is primarily conducted via email and chat, handling cases related to login issues, technical support, user accounts, and secure digital communication. Phone calls may also occur. Your main task is to ensure a safe and professional customer experience where each user receives prompt and clear assistance. - Speak fluent Danish (C1 level)
- Have good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Are computer literate
- Can present a clean criminal record
- Previous experience in customer support
- Experience in service roles (e.g. hotel & restaurant or retail)
- Additional language skills such as other Nordic languages, German, Dutch, Turkish, Greek, etc.
