- Proactively identify and help implement opportunities to streamline back-office tasks using automation and AI tools.
- Act as a central point of coordination between company leadership, subsidiary teams, and external partners. Manage scheduling, prepare for meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Review corporate documents to identify key details and deadlines. Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for corporate filings and compliance, maintaining our digital archive.
- Assist with data entry. Organize financial documents for our external accounting partners and serve as the point of contact for routine information requests.
- Assisting with operations and coordination of the office.
- Leverage AI and automation to build efficient systems.
- A recent graduate or a university student in a relevant field like Law, Business, Finance, or IT is encouraged to apply.
- Understanding and passion for AI technology is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Greek language is highly advantageous.
