If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!The Role:As a Compliance Administrator you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Compliance team and management. Your duties will include organizing and maintaining compliance-related records and files, assisting in preparing for routine reviews, and ensuring timely follow-up on items required by regulators. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining compliance review files, managing documentation and reporting tasks, and uploading and organizing documents in the firms document management system. Collaborating closely with the Head of Compliance and various departments, you'll ensure seamless adherence to regulatory standards.Responsibilities:

Perform administrative functions for assigned Compliance staff and management;
Organize and maintain all compliance related records and files;
Assist in preparing for and responding to routine reviews;
Maintain compliance review files to include follow-up of all items required by regulators;
Performs routine compliance tasks concerning documentation, reporting;
Maintaining Compliance files, including uploading and organizing documents in a document management system;
Providing assistance to the Head of Compliance;
Work closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience with basic knowledge of Compliance issues;
Holder of University degree in law, or related degree;
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently;
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).

What is on offer:

Salary Range: EUR 22,000 - 24,000 gross/year (depending on experience and qualifications)
13thSalary
21 days paid annual leave
6 days paid sick leave
Working Hours: Monday Thursday 8:30 am 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am 2:30 pm
