Annual gross salary for this position: €18,000–24,000.About this roleAs an Account Manager, you will be in daily contact with the professionals we partner up with in various Home Services categories, with the purpose of achieving the best possible quality of service for our customers.To achieve this, you will have to act as their personal coach by monitoring their daily performance and by empowering them to be their best version, leveraging a multitude of quantitative and qualitative data. Think of yourself as a football coach. The data you get, combined with your analysis and your communication skills will enable your Home Services categories to excel.This position is very crucial as our customer service depends on the quality of service that our partner professionals provide to our customers. Εxperience in account management, client-facing roles, sales support, or operational positions
Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek
Passion for customer service and a strong drive to achieve goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to digital platforms and tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and similar systems is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
An extroverted personality and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
