- Manage complex calendars and daily schedules with precision and foresight
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers, visas)
- Assist in planning and executing both private and corporate events (dinners, retreats, offsites)
- Support philanthropic initiatives and social impact projects
- Handle personal errands and logistics, when required
- Participate in diverse Family Office projects including legal, financial, cultural, and investment-related initiatives
- Liaise with internal team members, external advisors, service providers, and charitable organizations
- Proactively contribute ideas, take ownership of tasks, and ensure timely follow-through
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Family Office
- Fluent in English and Russian is a must (Greek is a strong advantage)
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with task/project management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential plus reliability, adaptability, motivation and initiative which are valued above all!
