
Head of Sales Department - Nicosia

- Manage the sales team, including defining and communicating Key Performance Indicators and targets
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Perform market and competition analysis
- Ensure that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications
- Identify potential clients
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- To perform other relevant duties.
- Work within the company’s code of ethics.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or in a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to prioritize, work within a team and allocate tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Have a pleasant personality and strong commercial awareness
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday, 08:00 – 15:30
- This is an onsite role
