- Manage the overall running of the VIP team
- Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles
- Achieving progress and hitting VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing the teams strengths & addressing weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
- Manage and understand your teams markets and KPIs and take appropriate action to capitalize on opportunities and fill gaps
- Improving upon current procedures and implementing new processes
- Weekly reporting on team and market performance
- Conducting regular 1 2 1s & Performance management
- Any other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department
- Worked in a VIP role for 2 years or more within the iGaming is a must
- Bilingual in German or Spanish or Greek or Finnish and English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent understanding of VIP Player Management
- Strong People management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Scheduling and work planning
- Presenting and report skills
- Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a VIP team
