Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell product lines, including industrial chemicals, disposables, and household cleaning products.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product samples.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered a plus.
  • Proven experience of approximately 2+ years in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in chemicals, industrial supplies, or FMCG).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally across Cyprus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
