- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell product lines, including industrial chemicals, disposables, and household cleaning products.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product samples.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience of approximately 2+ years in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in chemicals, industrial supplies, or FMCG).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally across Cyprus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
