- Administration of records of incoming and outgoing documents
- Administration of incoming and outgoing mail
- Technical and general tasks related to the organization of meetings
- Communication with suppliers and partners
- Perform inventory of property
- Making office supplies arrangements
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing company events
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Processing and administration of invoices and managing office
- Filling (digital and hard copy filing)
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Candidate must speak and write English fluently
- Reliable, Self-motivated and can adapt quickly
- Needs to be able to start as soon as possible
- EU Citizens only
- Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day
