Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to the tables.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per the restaurant's policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and its application.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
