Site Foreman - Limassol

• Supervision of Work Crews: Manage and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and according to the project schedule.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of construction work and materials used, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Planning: Develop schedules, set goals, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Problem Solving: Act as a problem solver by identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction activities.
• Communication: Clearly convey instructions to workers and report project progress to senior management.
• Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely arrival and proper use on site.
• Site Organization: Supervise site organization and cleanliness, maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
• Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and disputes among workers or subcontractors, fostering a harmonious workplace.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to senior staff, project managers, or clients.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safe to use.

• CAD and AutoCAD proficiency
• Excellent Command of English both written and spoken

• Problem solving

• 5 to 10 years of experience
