We are a fast-growing hospitality and real estate group that provides thoughtfully designed, fully furnished apartments tailored for business travelers, digital nomads, and modern families, available on flexible terms that adapt to their lifestyle. As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and plans to extend into Greece and beyond, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Limassol.This position includes a wide range of responsibilities, from transporting and setting up furniture, installing and repairing electrical equipment, and maintaining the properties. The ideal candidate should possess basic handyman skills, including the ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as assembling furniture, addressing simple electrical problems, and repairing minor plumbing issues.What you will be doing:

Inspect new and existing apartments, ensuring all electrical appliances and installations are functioning properly.
Collaborate with the Guest Relations Team to accommodate guests’ inquiries timely
Diagnose and repair issues in the properties (e.g. fix lighting, electricity, plumbing, and air-conditioning).
Oversee external contractors’ work or technicians when required.
Facilitate viewings and Support the Property Onboarding team in preparing new properties

for launch. * Grant apartment access to third parties (e.g., utility providers, prospective guests, or landlords).

Maintain accurate records of stock and supplies in our warehouse.

Requirements

Basic handyman skills, including the ability to assemble furniture, carry out simple electrical repairs and installations, and repair minor plumbing issues
Friendly, respectful, and reliable personality
Experience with inventory management systems can be an advantage
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Team player with a hands-on mentality
