- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Prospect, engage, and close deals with merchants, platforms, and high-risk clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and contract signing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement with prospects.
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with merchants, partners, and PSPs.
- Collaborate with product and integration teams to deliver seamless client onboarding.
- Create tailored proposals and deliver persuasive product presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences to generate leads and increase visibility.
- Share market insights to influence product improvements and business strategy.
- 5+ years in sales/business development within the payments industry, PSP, orchestration, or acquiring sector.
- Proven success selling into high-risk verticals such as Forex, Online Gaming, or Crypto (advantage).
- Experience with payment orchestration platforms or routing engines (strong plus).
- Knowledge of cross-border and B2B payments, high-volume transaction environments, and risk management in payments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and close complex deals.
- Self-starter with resilience, independence, and initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
