- Assisting the company with Compliance and AML administration tasks.
- Undertaking file reviews as required.
- Upkeeping client files.
- Conduct regular client reviews based on the Company's procedures.
- KYC and AML monitoring and administration procedures.
- Monitoring of client transactions according to their business activities.
- Reviewing and categorize clients according to their risk.
- Liaising with the Compliance Officer and Administration Department to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
- An academic background in Law, Business Administration or any other relevant field is desirable.
- Previous experience working in the Compliance department of a regulated ASP (Administrative Service Provider) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both verbal and written Greek & English is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Good time management skills.
