- Partner with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and record business requirements for software development initiatives.
- Transform business needs into clear, actionable software specifications and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure software solutions align with organizational goals.
- Provide recommendations on how technology can enhance and support operational processes.
- Act as a conduit between business units and development teams to promote effective communication and understanding.
- Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Support development teams through sprint planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Maintain detailed documentation of business needs, workflows, and functional specifications as a reference.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues flagged during testing with stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest improvements to software systems and business processes using feedback and project insights.
- Evaluate risks related to business requirements and collaborate on mitigation approaches.
- Update stakeholders regularly on project status, challenges, and adjustments.
- Encourage transparency and cooperation between business and technical teams.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide training on new features or updates to end-users.
- Native or fluent English (C1), with excellent written and spoken skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in FinTech or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
- Proven success in collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience aligning software development efforts with business goals.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint processes is a plus.
- Skilled in creating thorough documentation including user stories, use cases, and workflows.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in requirement management and testing.
