You can find out more about eToro .We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Partners Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team!What will you be doing?

Perform compliance review on Partner website
Managing the communication with other internal departments around changes needed on Partner’s sites to comply with eToro policies
Overall Partner monitoring and oversight including updating Partner accounts
Work in collaboration with Compliance teams to achieve Partner adherence to CySEC, FCA, ASIC requirements
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to various stakeholders; Maintain accurate records of tasks
Evaluate existing systems controls adequacy, report deficiencies and provide recommendations to improve both the systems and operations

Requirements:

Work experience with Partner processes is a plus
Familiarity with AML and Compliance principles
Familiarity with AI tools (Advantage)
Excel knowledge
Team player attitude detailed oriented and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Time management and organization skills
Understanding of the global online marketing industry
Familiarity with online traffic, websites
