- Act as the initial point of contact for our customers concerning software and hardware issues.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve cases which are logged through our ticketing system or through the phone, and escalates issues to our Service Provider where necessary.
- Provide support and consult with engineers to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem via our chat application.
- Provide support by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to research and resolve problems.
- Investigate and escalate issues and cases to the Customer Technical Support Shift Leaders where necessary.
- Possess fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Demonstrate outstanding collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering clarity with teammates and customers.
