Emerald Zebra is working closely with a well-established Tech Company and seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of its IT service management and cybersecurity. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring performance, security, and scalability across the company's internal networks, hybrid cloud platforms, desktop environments, and cybersecurity systems.Reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations, the ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, technical depth, and proven leadership to help optimize infrastructure performance and support business growth.Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available network, server, and desktop environments.
Manage hybrid cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Oversee virtualization and containerization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Drive infrastructure automation initiatives using scripting and DevOps tools.
Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
Manage enterprise networking (Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus) and IT operations platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, AI Ops).
Ensure infrastructure compliance with ITIL, CISM, and CISSP standards.
Monitor and improve system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver tailored IT solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts related to infrastructure services.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 710 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar senior role.
Certifications: ITIL, CISM, CISSP (or equivalent) preferred.
Networking and cybersecurity (especially with Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus).
Hybrid cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
Virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes).
Scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Experience implementing AI-driven infrastructure solutions would be considered as advantage.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to IT security.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and infrastructure trends.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on technical capabilities.

Package & Benefits:

Salary depends on experience: 70K - 77K EUR Gross/ Year including 13th salary
