Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming emails, phone calls and messages and providing information to the stakeholders.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Setting up calendar invitations and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Ensuring that reception and conference area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies, and assisting the Account Managers with tasks.
  • Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Performing other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and emailing
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients with office and business-related enquiries.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of Greek considered an advantage.
  • Any knowledge of the Russian and/or Polish language will be considered a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
