- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming emails, phone calls and messages and providing information to the stakeholders.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Setting up calendar invitations and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ensuring that reception and conference area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies, and assisting the Account Managers with tasks.
- Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
- Performing other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and emailing
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients with office and business-related enquiries.
- An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of Greek considered an advantage.
- Any knowledge of the Russian and/or Polish language will be considered a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
