Breaking the company up into different business & service units is all about making sure each one gets what it needs to grow and thrive.Join our team as a Senior Affiliate Manager with Russian and take charge of driving exceptional results in our affiliate marketing program.Tasks in the role:

Play a critical role in expanding our network of affiliates by actively seeking new partnerships and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for them;
Provide all the necessary information, tools, and support to effectively promote our brands;
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, campaign success and key metrics to identify areas for improvement;
Collaborate with affiliates to ensure their ROI aligns with the agreed parameters, while fostering a mutual beneficial partnership;
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure our brand`s reputation and integrity are upheld.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager;
English proficiency at least B2 level;
Native proficiency in Russian;
Advanced knowledge in Tableau and/or Power BI would be considered as a strong advantage;
Availability to travel for conferences and different events;
Proven experience within the Financial / Betting / Gambling / Gaming industry.
