Responsible for achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the Sales Manager, to effectively promote and sell the company’s products, optimal customer satisfaction and maximize profits from the sale of products.
Provides support to the Sales Manager
Know in depth the products and services of the company
Investigates customer needs and promotes the entire range of the company’s products
Identifies new customers to promote the company’s products
Arranges and holds meetings with interested and potential clients
Makes scheduled visits to existing clients
Registers and updates sales opportunities in the system and maintains a record
Demonstrates products to customers
Manages customer accounts
Negotiates with customers the price of the products following instructions
Agrees the payment terms of the orders applying the company’s credit policy
Studies and analyses the statistics of his sales and makes the corresponding recommendations and/or actions
Conducts market research for the products and is informed about the company’s competitors and at what prices they offer similar services, products and equipment
Creates and maintains communication/collaboration relationships with new and existing clients
Gets updated and learns about the company’s new products
Provides information, responds, manages and resolves customer inquiries, requests and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Maintains and develops his professional and technical knowledge by participating in workshops, seminars, creating personal networks, etc.
Follows policies and proceduresQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other related field
1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
Fluency in English and Greek
Computer Literate
Knowledge of Market trendsBenefits:
