If so, this could be your next career move.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs Project Manager, you will lead and drive cross-functional projects from planning through to successful delivery. Your role will include:Planning and managing project timelines, resources, and budgetsOverseeing execution to ensure efficiency and quality across all deliverablesCoordinating meetings and follow-ups to keep stakeholders aligned and informedCollaborating with internal departments to define and prioritise projectsAnalysing financial data, budgets, risks, and resource allocationMonitoring project performance and providing regular updates to stakeholdersDocumenting project progress, including agreements and reportsIdentifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategiesContinuously improving project management workflows and processesEnsuring compliance with quality standards and legal/regulatory requirementsCANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Shipping, or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the maritime technology sectorStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsPMP certification will be considered an advantageExcellent command of the English languageAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesA collaborative and team-oriented approachDue to the high volume of applications we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
