Your role will involve a keen understanding of our goals, mission, and project deliverables, translating these into clear business requirements for our Agile Team.As a Cognyter you will:

Develop the vision for the product and the impact on customer value
Understand goals, mission and/or project deliverables and communicate the business requirements to the Agile Team
Groom the Product Backlog and define priorities aligned with company strategy
Update regularly on the product status, key issues and release time-lines to stakeholders
Close cooperation with the technical team leads and scrum masters to resolve dependencies and remove impediments
Collaborate with our System Engineering team to design software solutions that drive back-end systems
Assist the Deployment and Operations teams with product deployment and customer support
Travel abroad (up to 20%)

Requirements:For that mission you’ll need:

5+ years of experience in an R&D environment
At least 2 years of Product Owner/Business Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects
Experience in managing complex integrations and versions
Experience in working in a Matrix environment
Experience analysing, defining and translating business needs into requirements
Experience working in an agile environment

Essential Skills:

Detail-oriented, organized and ability to establish priorities and achieve results
Highly committed and accountable, independent and able to take initiative
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate colleagues & subcontractors

Good to Have:

Knowledge of cellular technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR)
Understanding of wireless communication antennas and radio frequency propagation
Experience in networking architecture
Experience in virtualisation environments
Experience in server/client architecture
