Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Handle the accounting of companies in an international environment.
Manage entries in the accounting system.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
Reconcile Balance sheet accounts.
Make payments through internet banking.
Prepare depreciation and prepaid schedules and journal entries.
Prepare electronic and hard copy filing of any kind of accounting, corporate and banking documents.
Work with multiple currencies in an international setting.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing.
Communicate with the accounting departments of subsidiaries.

Key Skills/Experience:

An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar is desirable.
Holders of the LCCI Higher or CAT accounting qualification are encouraged to apply.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience working with Accounting Software is desirable.
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
Strong critical thinking skills.
