Position: Sales Retention AgentLocation: Limassol, CyprusEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the company's products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous Retention experience is essential
Computer savviness
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills
Availability to start/join with the short notice.
