Responsibilities:
Formation of both Cyprus and Overseas Companies for clients.
Perusal, review of various corporate agreements and arranging for execution by the Directors of the Companies.
Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney.
Filing and administration duties.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office software and generally computer literate.
Excellent knowledge of Russian and English
University Degree in Accounting, Economic, Business Administration, Legal or relevant.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is required
Eu-citizen
The working hours are 8:30-5:30 (half hour lunch break) Monday – Thursday and 8:30-14:30 Friday
