- Maintain and support core IT systems and infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune (Windows & macOS), Cloudflare, and AWS environments.
- Administer endpoint management and security policies across both Windows and macOS devices using Intune and related tools to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Oversee Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, and Service Management), including configuration, access, and user provisioning.
- Manage software licensing, procurement, and asset tracking, ensuring cost-effective, compliant usage of hardware and software across the organization.
- Provide hands-on technical support to ~60 local and remote team members across multiple locations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Develop and maintain IT operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guidelines to support efficiency and self-service.
- Implement ITSM/ITIL best practices for service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement infrastructure improvements, staying current with emerging technologies to support business growth and resilience.
- Support security and disaster recovery processes, including backup management, access controls, and system monitoring.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and macOS/Windows endpoint management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), and Cloudflare for DNS and security configurations.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management) and general SaaS administration.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP); familiarity with VoIP concepts is a plus.
- Strong skills in IT asset and license management, procurement workflows, and access governance.
- Understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and service delivery models.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and implement new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience automating workflows (PowerShell, Terraform, Bash, or other scripting tools).
- Familiarity with device compliance, conditional access, and zero trust principles.
- Experience using vulnerability assessment tools to perform regular perimeter or internal scans.
