In this role, you will work as a customer service representative supporting our client’s users. The work is primarily carried out via phone, but email and chat support may also be included. You will handle matters related to gaming consoles, user accounts, subscription services, and technical troubleshooting. Your main task is to ensure a first-class customer experience and provide every player with quick and clear assistance. - Speak fluent Finnish (C1)
- Have English skills (B2 or higher)
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working with people
- Be structured, efficient, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Be computer literate
- Present a clean criminal record
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in service industries (e.g., hospitality or retail)
- Knowledge of other languages, such as other Nordic languages, German, Dutch, Turkish, Greek, etc.
