Our client is an IT services company with offices in Cyprus and Hungry and focusing on JavaScript and its frameworks, among other areas of development. The most of their clients are from the Blockchain, med-tech, well-being, and navigation industries. They are interested in cutting-edge technologies and interesting projects, which is why we want to add a talented sales manager to our team who can aid us in expanding our portfolio with clients of the same mindset.They are seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team remotely in Cyprus.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct trend and industry-focused research
  • Understand sales and business development strategy and how to translate it into a structured prospecting plan
  • Create a prospecting strategy and conduct in-depth searches in target industries using digital tools and platforms to identify potential target companies and stakeholders
  • Facilitate business development by generating leads through your network.
  • Able to coordinate marketing efforts
  • Create appropriate messages to communicate with identified contacts and hold conversations with them to ascertain needs and elicit interest
  • Conduct research and test new lead-generation tools
  • Help shape a new business department
  • Record, track, and manage prospects in CRM
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development/ sales
  • Strong experience in resource management
  • Have a proven track record of outbound lead generation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Familiarity with IT concepts
  • Capable of conducting strategy-driven, targeted research
  • You are reliable, confident, and have a personal charm that allows you to easily connect with others
  • International sales experience would be considered as advantage
  • Native/ Fluent English speaker
  • Russian language will be considered as advantage
