Junior Lawyer - Limassol

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
• Supporting due diligence processes and corporate transactions
• Liaising with clients and external legal counsel
• Conducting legal research and preparing internal memos or client correspondence
• Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents for company structures, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions

• A degree in Law and membership in the Cyprus Bar Association
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or commercial law
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written)
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset

• The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm (onsite).
