- Update and promote company's website portal.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations for travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process, providing personalized assistance and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized travel itineraries that align with their preferences, interests, and schedules.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
- Research and recommend exclusive destinations, venues, and activities based on clients' interests.
- Secure reservations for dining, entertainment, and special events to enhance the travel experience.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are properly synchronized and organized, minimizing any potential disruptions.
- Anticipate and proactively address any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip.
- Liaise with vendors, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to resolve any challenges promptly and to the client's satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to provide updates on travel arrangements, changes, and any relevant information.
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries, contact information, and travel documents to ensure a seamless journey.
- Arrange for personalized services such as private guided tours, personal shopping, spa treatments, and other exclusive experiences.
- Coordinate with security personnel and ensure clients' safety and privacy throughout their travels.
- Develop and manage budgets for each client's travel arrangements, ensuring that expenses align with their preferences and expectations.
- Negotiate rates with vendors to secure the best value.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, or a related field is a must.
- IATA is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in travel coordination is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are a must, any additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Knowledge of Amadeus (or similar) is highly advantageous.
- Superior administrative and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with the use of MS Office applications.
