Your team: At the Operations team we are all about scalability, stability and observability. Our main goal is to seamlessly meet our service level objectives, thus providing a resilient, stable and performant environment for our customers to work with. We are all about maximizing the potential we get out technologies these days such as Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Prometheus-Grafana, Jenkins, Keycloak, the use of multiple cloud providers, and many more related tools but also internal/custom ones.About youAs a Technical Support Engineer, you'll harness a diverse skill set in IT engineering to design and manage highly dependable systems. Your role involves striking a delicate balance between introducing new features and safeguarding user reliability. With a focus on standardization and automation, you'll orchestrate seamless operations while ensuring optimal performance and stability.What you’ll work on:

Collaborating with team members to enhance engineering tools, systems, and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Continuously monitoring system performance and implementing strategies for maintaining 100% uptime for critical applications.
Building independent web-based tools, microservices, and solutions to facilitate seamless integration from development to production.
Developing scripts and automation using various languages and tools such as Perl, Python, Groovy, Java, and Bash to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Configuring and managing data sources including Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, Neo4J, ArangoDB, etc., to ensure data integrity and availability.
Managing incidents effectively and documenting resolutions to facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Deploying, configuring, and monitoring production environments to maintain stability and reliability 24/7, 365 days a year.
Automating production validations and reporting processes to expedite issue resolution and maintain operational transparency.
Implementing disaster recovery automation to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

What we look for:

Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, with a commitment to continual improvement.
Ability to provide technical support under the guidance of senior team members.
Willingness to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Interest in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, with a drive to expand proficiency.
Understanding of web-related technologies including web applications, web services, and service-oriented architectures (SOA), alongside basic knowledge of network/web-related protocols.
Basic grasp of Linux Administration, with a proactive approach to skill improvement.
Proficiency or experience with Python, accompanied by a commitment to ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
Curiosity about monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Nagios, etc., to ensure system reliability and performance.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) principles, and an interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
