- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Identify, pursue and close high-value business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts using analytical insights to anticipate trends and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Manage and exceed customer expectations through strategic initiatives aimed at satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong track record of independently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication and strategic thinking skills.
