- Lead the end-to-end process for opening new corporate bank accounts in Cyprus and internationally.
- Prepare, submit, and proactively track all required bank application forms and KYC documentation and handle the maintenance of all existing accounts.
- Ensure adherence to internal AML/KYC policies, Cypriot banking regulations, and international standards throughout all banking activities as well as conformity to all internal procedures.
- Respond to and handle the ongoing KYC/AML exercises and incoming requests related to the maintenance of the bank accounts of portfolio companies and the relationships with the various banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain records of all banking correspondence and documentation exchanged.
- 3 years in corporate banking, onboarding, or a similar role within Cyprus's financial services or fiduciary industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate bank account processes, KYC/AML and banking regulations.
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented, strong organisational skills, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
