If this role sounds interesting to you, GRS Recruitment looks forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based Recoveries Manager, today.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for recovering bridge finance loans in default.Develop and implement recovery strategies to maximize debt collection and minimize losses.Review and analyse delinquent accounts to determine appropriate recovery actions.Negotiate repayment plans with borrowers and oversee the collection process.Monitor and track progress on recovery efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of delinquent accounts.Collaborate with legal counsel, external agencies, and other stakeholders to escalate recovery efforts when necessary.Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide regular reports and updates on recovery performance to senior management.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in recovery operations.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in debt recovery.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
