Technical support for IT equipment/networks.
Installation of computer networks and troubleshooting issues related to software systems and IT/telecommunications equipment.
Configuration of peripheral and auxiliary devices (scanners, printers).
On-site hardware and software repair of computers.
Installation and configuration of local and wireless network equipment.
Router configuration.
Installation and configuration of Windows.
Troubleshooting issues in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Troubleshooting Active Directory account issues.
Software installations (antivirus, drivers, Acrobat Reader, Internet browsers).
Knowledge and experience in configuring and managing Firewalls.
Management of core Datacenter equipment (servers, storage systems, security equipment, network equipment).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least a college diploma in Computer Science or another related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in Information Technology after obtaining the required academic degree.
1 year of cumulative and exclusive work experience in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products and/or at least six (6) months of work experience in network management (LAN/WAN).
Fluent in Greek and English languages.
