They are currently looking for an experienced PSP Manager to build and manage relationships with payment system providers and contribute to the strategic development of the company's financial ecosystem.We are seeking a skilled PSP Manager to lead payment provider integrations and ensure operational efficiency in the iGaming industry. This role involves negotiation, onboarding, and coordination with both external partners and internal teams to enhance the payment infrastructure.NDACyprusOfficeResponsibilities:

Identify and onboard new payment service providers, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships
Negotiate terms with existing providers to ensure optimal cooperation conditions
Oversee onboarding and adaptation, including handing off integration and configuration tasks to technical teams
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing and finance, to align payment operations with business goals

Requirements:

Proven experience working with payment providers in the iGaming sector
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, able to assess partnerships and drive decision-making
Team-oriented approach, with cross-functional collaboration experience
