Design, build, and maintain end-to-end compliance analytics infrastructure
Develop robust BI pipelines and data transformation processes
Create impactful dashboards and reports to support regulatory needs
Deliver strategic analysis and insights to senior stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and meet data-driven compliance requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role
Strong SQL skills, with solid technical understanding
Experience using Python for data analysis (or a willingness to self-learn quickly)
Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools
Up to date with latest trends in emerging technologies & tools, and how to apply them in data tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning

Highly advantageous

Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Azure Data Lake
