- Responsible to schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing enquires.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, drafting presentations, and following up on action items.
- Prepare, review and draft reports.
- Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the offshore offices of the Group.
- Handle the travel logistics of the business trips as well as the expense reports.
- Maintain confidential information and files.
- Organize and attend events, meetings, ad corporate initiative such as dinners and lunches as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related filed.
- Proven experience in executive or administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- High level of professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
- Fluency in Greek and in English
- The company is offering a salary up to 2,900 Euros gross based on skills and experience x 14 salaries plus provident fund 3% after probation + 85 Euro coffee shop allowance, top up of maternity and paternity leave to 100%, half day leave on BD and 20 days leave year 1 and then 21 after year 1
- The working hours are office hours are 09:00-18:00 (Break: 13:00-14:00), Monday - Friday (100% from office)
