Design copy for both on-site and off-site CRM communication channels that support the brand and generate results (i.e.: customer conversion, retention and reactivation…)
Leading conceptual thinking and development of campaign work, for large calendar events and new recurring campaigns
Owning the company Tone Of Voice on a brand and market level
Ensuring that the content is in line with market trends and regulations
Leading copy execution for cross-channel and direct-marketing campaigns
Become an expert on brand positioning and awareness focusing on originality and differentiation
Staying aware of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech
Helping and supporting other CRM team members with daily tasks if needed

Profile Requirements

Excellent writing and editing skills in French (French Native level is mandatory)
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Experienced researcher and problem solver
Ability to meet deadlines
