- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
- Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Perform clients negative database screening through software such as ComplyAdvantage and resolve/investigate the possible hits
- Perform Initial Customer Due Diligence on clients’ accounts
- Check onboarding documents, in order to verify accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of tasks
Compliance
- Will be required to work shifts
- English at mother-tongue level – other languages advantage
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and focused
- Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
- Computer Proficient a must
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in CDD/KYC in a regulated environment
- Experience in Clients Screening - advantage
- AML and Compliance Oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be living in Cyprus - This is not a relocation position
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
