Job vacancy: Tax Assistant ManagerTreppides & Co Ltd the Largest Independent Consultant, a Cyprus based International Firm, is seeking to recruit a Tax Assistant Manager to join our Office in Nicosia.This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop and bring their career to the next level by becoming tax professionals within a leading and well-known firm. The successfully placed candidate will be able to identify tax exposures, assist clients with their tax restructurings, be up to date with the tax developments and develop the technical capabilities of the team members.Entry Requirements:

Related experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager and Head of the Taxation Department
Assist in managing a portfolio of clients in relation to Corporate Taxation assignments
Managing a team of Taxation consultants
Providing Taxation consulting and advice to clients
Review/preparation of tax compliance deliverables
Identifying potential tax risks that a client may face and advise clients on local and international tax structures
Preparation of letters/reports/rulings of opinion in relation to Taxation matters that will need to be submitted to the clients and/or to the Cyprus Tax Department
Managing ad hoc tax enquiries on behalf of a portfolio of clients
Perform Tax audits on clients and be able to prepare reports with relevant findings and proposals for rectifying any errors identified
Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively
