  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to strengthen market presence and increase profitability in Eastern regions while effectively managing the allocated budget
  • Collaborate with key departments including operations, marketing, product, and executive leadership to drive growth initiatives
  • Take full ownership of regional KPIs related to revenue, profit, and operational performance
  • Design and optimize internal processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and resource management
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for regional country managers
  • Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring goal alignment and team development
  • Define and implement KPI systems for regional teams and overall business performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in iGaming or Betting (B2C) with a focus on business growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and market trends
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management
  • Experience with KPI implementation and performance tracking systems
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and public speaking skills
  • Fluent in English and Russian
