- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to strengthen market presence and increase profitability in Eastern regions while effectively managing the allocated budget
- Collaborate with key departments including operations, marketing, product, and executive leadership to drive growth initiatives
- Take full ownership of regional KPIs related to revenue, profit, and operational performance
- Design and optimize internal processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and resource management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for regional country managers
- Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring goal alignment and team development
- Define and implement KPI systems for regional teams and overall business performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in iGaming or Betting (B2C) with a focus on business growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and market trends
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management
- Experience with KPI implementation and performance tracking systems
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and public speaking skills
- Fluent in English and Russian
